Dear Table Tennis Player Friends,

 

With your participation and support, the 13th Adana Veterans Table Tennis Tournament will be held on 18-19 April 2026 (Saturday-Sunday) by ÇİLTAR MTSK Club, with the contribution of Adana Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate and Çukurova University. It will be held at SAKIP SABANCI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION PALACE. (Clik for the map)

 

• All individuals who are older than 30 years of age or who will be 30 years of age during the year 2026 are eligible to participate. All participants are obliged to prove their age during tournament registration.

• Participation Fee: 50 € / 2500 TL (men)

40 € / 2000 TL (women)

 

• Competitions will be organized as male/female singles, male/female doubles and mixed doubles.

• All singles and doubles group matches will be completed on the first day, and the tournament will be completed with elimination, consolation and mixed doubles matches on the second day.

 

Men Singles      : 30-39*, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75+

Women Singles : 30-39*, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Men Doubles     : 30-39*, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Women Doubles: 30-49, 50+

Mixed Doubles   : 30-49, 50+

• Matches are played over three-won sets.

• There should be at least 4 players in a group. If there are fewer players, they are combined with the other group.

• The Qualifying Competition will be played in groups (all play all)

• The first and second placed will play in the Championship Competition, the third and fourth placed will play in the Consolation Competition. The Championship and Consolation Competitions will be played according to the knock-out system.

• If there are 6 or fewer single/double competitors in any age category, the Organizing Committee may decide to be played in a single group using the "Round Robin" method.

• Participants compete in their own age categories in individual competitions, and in the younger category in doubles.

• There will be no third-place match in the Championship Competitions.

• Cups will be given to those who come first in their categories, medals will be given to those who come 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and medals will be given to those who come 1st in the consolation competitions.

• Adana Karataş District Tour (on Sunday at 11.00, in front of the lounge)

 

The sports longue will be open between 16.00-18.30 on Friday, April 17, 2025 for participants who want to train.

 

All singles and doubles group matches will be completed on Saturday. Depending on the time, a round of elimination matches may be played on Saturday. Therefore, all participants must notify their doubles partners by the last registration date. Those who do not notify their partners by the last registration date will be automatically matched by the computer according to their ratings. Those who do not want to play doubles must provide information on the registration form.

Registrations are limited to a general quota of 360 people. Registrations are finalized when the participation fee receipt arrives. When the quota is full, registrations are closed without waiting for the last registration day. Participation fees of those who have been registered (except for legal force majeure) are not refunded.

• Registration must be made by 23.59 on Sunday, March 15, and the participation fee must be deposited into the account below of CILTAR MTSK by writing "BAGIS" in the description line.

• Those who complete their registration by February 14, 2026 will receive t-shirts with their names on them; those who complete their registration after that date will receive t-shirts without names.

 

• Hotel reservations will be made by the participants themselves. You can get help from us if needed.
